Further training & support for work riders

The Regional Staff Development Programme are promoting two fantastic training and support opportunities: Rider Coaching Feedback Service and Yard-based Work Rider Coaching.

Rider Coaching Feedback Service

*Free to racing grooms*

If you feel stuck in a rut with your riding, this service is for you. If you have a video of you riding on a simulator or gallops, great but if not don’t worry, you can still sign up.

Once on the programme, you’ll be connected to a coach and receive written feedback and phone support to assist your development.

Yard-based Work Rider Coaching

*Funded places available*

Coaches will visit your yard and provide simulator, arena and gallops training, with all levels catered for.
