Nominations are open for the 20th Thoroughbred Industry Employee Awards!

Nominations are OPEN for the 2024 Thoroughbred Industry Employee Awards, sponsored by Godolphin.

With £128,500 in prize money across six categories, these awards are about shining the spotlight on you – the remarkable people who love and care for our horses.

Last year’s Employee of the Year, Sarah Guest, won a massive £30,000 for herself and to share with her friends and colleagues at John O’Shea Racing.

If you know someone who is worthy of recognition – a friend, colleague, employee – please nominate them today at www.thoroughbredawards.co.uk.

This might be someone new to the yard who has made a quick impression, a great leader or dedicated colleague who leads by example, or someone who is simply a brilliant member of the team.

There are six different categories to choose from, and the winners from the Leadership, Rider Groom, Stud, and Dedication categories will also be judged for the overall Employee of the Year Award.
